Tarator-Cold soup- Bulgarian refreshing drink


What you need
About 4 liters tarator:
  • 3 large cucumbers
  • 1 kg and 200 ml yoghurt
  • 1 head garlic
  • 3 tablespoons dill
  • 20 g oil
  • 4 liters of water
  • salt to taste


Peel and grate the cucumbers. You can also cut them into small cubes. As you prefer.


Clean and grate garlic

 In large saucepan combine all-cucumber, garlic, dill, salt, oil. Put the yogurt, stir good. To avoid lumps of yogurt. Finally, pour water and stir again.


May be served in a bowl like soup. Also, can and glass. Drink cold. This is the perfect drink for summer.
