Moussaka

What you need
For 6 people


  • 2 kg of potatoes
  • 3 medium carrots
  • Chapters 2 large onions / 4 small
  • 500 g minced trailer suspension
  • water
  • 100 g oil
  • Salt to taste
  • spices

Topping you need:
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 g yoghurt



Clean potatoes, carrots and onions

 Cut them into small pieces

Tear minced into small pieces

Put spices: paprika, salt, savory, black pepper

Put oil. Cover with water to almost cover the potatoes

Bake on top and bottom at 200 degrees for an hour and a half. Depends on the oven. Have all the water to evaporate.


Once the water evaporates from the tray. Make Topping mixture. Mix two eggs with 400 grams yogurt and mix


Pour the sauce moussaka and bake until a tan. Bake just above approximately 15 minutes at 200 degrees

You can combine with cheese and sauce with garlic, dill and yogurt. I'll show you in this next recipe sauce.
