Fried Zucchini with yogurt and garlic

What you need
For four people you need
  • 2 kg zucchini
  • 400 g yoghurt
  • 2 sprigs fresh garlic
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • salt to taste



Wash and slice the zucchini into thin slices. Do not peel!

Fry in heated oil until brown tan show.


 Make a sauce for fried zucchini. From yogurt, salt, dill and fresh garlic. Cut fresh garlic finely, add yogurt, salt and dill. mix
Pour over zucchini. Bon Appetit. It's a beautiful Bulgarian summer recipe for zucchini
